I hope everyone is having a great week so far! I try to make it outside for a walk each morning before I dive into work. I started doing this a while back after realizing that it is not only a great way to start your day with some exercise but also much easier to get away from the distractions that life throws at us these days. This is a good time for self-reflection, walking meditation, or simply enjoying your surroundings! Remember to Chase Your Sky!
